Perched on a hill top the housing units are surrounded by scenic hill views giving it a resort like atmosphere.At Trans Garden, 70% of the land is a green cover , transforming the entire surrounding into a lush oasis of year-round colour and textural interest.Trans Garden landscape empathizes with and softens the architecture of the building structure. Avoiding the clichéd planting formulas usually associated with formal gardens, we have spiced things up with textural plants. Along the length of the driveway, a series of terraces provide planting and aesthetic opportunities underneath the tree canopies.
